Call for Special topic guest editors
TATuP – Journal for Technology Assessment in Theory and Practice is looking for guest editors for future TATuP Special topics!
Contributions to TATuP – Journal for Technology Assessment in Theory and Practice address topics from the interdisciplinary field of technology assessment, including related and overlapping fields of research such as systems analysis, risk assessment, practical ethics, sustainable development, innovation and technology analysis, or foresight.
TATuP's readership is inter- and transdisciplinary. Authors in TATuP adhere to scientific standards and present their topics in generally accessible language and style.
No fees are demanded for the peer review or the publication of papers. There are no APC (author pro-cessing charges). Papers published in TATuP are open access both online and in print.
Authors in TATuP are obliged to participate in a review process. Please pay attention to TATuP author guidelines and use the rubric specific TATuP style sheet from the download section!
Please submit all contributions to redaktion@tatup.de. In case of submissions with multiple authorship, the editorial team will always communicate with the corresponding author who has submitted the manuscript to the editorial team. SPECIAL TOPIC is peer reviewed and is edited with regards to content by external Special Topic editors. Authors submit their manuscript by answering to the current call for abstracts for rubric "Special Topic" and use the appropriate TATuP Word template. RESEARCH is peer reviewed. Authors submit at any time and use the appropriate TATuP Word template. Manuscripts count max. 28.000 characters including blanks. You will find details on the editorial process for rubric "Research" here.
INTERVIEW is reviewed by the editorial team. Authors contact the editorial team before submission of a transcribed interview. Manuscripts count max. 18.000 characters including blanks. You will find details on the editorial process for rubric "Interview" here.
REFLEXIONS is reviewed by the editorial team. Authors submit at any time. Manuscripts count max. 10.000 characters including blanks for conference reports, or comments, and 7.500 characters including blanks for book reviews. Please use the appropriate TATuP Word template for conference reports and comments, or for book reviews. You will find details on the editorial processes here.
TA-FOKUS is not peer reviewed. Please send short news items with relevance for technology assessment to the editorial team at any time.
